One way to add items to your log is by using Food History. Items that you have logged in the past three days will appear in your Food History for you to easily find and log again. When you first begin, your Food History will be blank.
1. To log using Food History, tap the clock icon on the Log screen.
2. A list will appear showing each item with the specific serving size that you have previously logged.
3. When you have found the item you wish to add, tap “Log Item.”
4. The item will appear in your log.
